A-Sun Wu — the line as ritual
LabMusée invites you into TRIBAL, an exhibition devoted to Taiwanese master A-Sun Wu. Vibrant canvases, monumental sculptures, immersive rooms and the Sign-Me Garden form a route in which painting is never an object hung on a wall, but a territory to walk through. The route ends with a tasting of Taiwanese teas, selected in partnership with the Wistaria tea house.
For A-Sun Wu, gesture precedes form. The line becomes ritual: it encircles, it protects, it invokes. His tribal figures summon an archaic memory that colour drags violently back into the present.
The route continues at the LabCafé, where exceptional Taiwanese teas, signature matchas and culinary creations form the exhibition's final — edible — chapter.

LabMusée is not a classical art centre. It is a centre of experiments: 1,200 m² where we try things institutions would not dare.
Here, a yoga mat can be unrolled beneath a monumental sculpture; a pastry chef can answer a painter; a garden can be signed by those who walk through it. Nothing is fixed — which is exactly the point.

The wall label is never big enough
Scan the QR code beside the work: its notice opens, with everything a wall label cannot hold. Many works also have their podcast, to be heard standing in front of them. The app is reserved for members and unlocks with your card.
