Data controller

What we collect, and why
Ticketing: name, email address and order details, to perform the sales contract, send you your tickets and invoice, and meet our accounting obligations.
Member account: identity, contact details, membership status and visit history, to manage your membership and benefits, on the basis of our contract.
Newsletter: email address and language, on the basis of your consent, withdrawable at any time in one click.
Audience measurement: pages viewed and aggregated technical data, on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving the site. No advertising profiling is carried out.
Retention periods
Orders and invoices: ten years, per accounting and tax obligations. Member accounts: for the duration of membership, then three years from last contact. Newsletter: until you withdraw consent. Audience measurement: twenty-five months maximum.
Processors
Stripe Payments Europe Ltd (payment), Supabase (database and authentication, hosted in the European Union), Brevo (transactional email and newsletter, hosted in France), Vercel (site hosting).
Each is bound by a processing agreement compliant with article 28 GDPR. We never sell or rent your data.
Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability. Write to contact@labmusee.com: we reply within one month.
If our answer does not satisfy you, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL — 3 place de Fontenoy, 75007 Paris, France, cnil.fr.

The site uses only cookies strictly necessary for its operation (language preference, payment session, cart). These are exempt from consent. No advertising cookies or third-party tracking are set.
