Chef Jérémy Tuaz, formerly in R&D alongside Christophe Michalak, created the signature Jordane Saget pastry: white chocolate work that reproduces, stroke for stroke, the lines of the artwork hanging opposite.

Exceptional Taiwanese oolongs, bowl-whisked matchas, infusions served over several waters — each steeping reveals another face of the leaf. A brief ceremony, but a ceremony nonetheless.
