The museum closes its doors, then reopens them for you alone. Mats are unrolled between the totems. What you looked at standing, you now inhabit lying down.
Sessions are led by Sarah, trained in India and Taiwan. They are open to beginners and experienced practitioners alike.

The experience, moment by moment

In the galleries
Hatha yoga, every Saturday morning. The museum is privatised for the session: mats are unrolled among the paintings, in the light crossing the Galeries. What you looked at standing, you now inhabit on the mat.

Twelve, never more
The session is led by Sarah Fu, trained in India and Taiwan. Twelve practitioners at most, beginners welcome, mats provided. And whenever the weather allows, the practice moves to the Sign-Me sculpture garden, facing the monumental works.
