Arts & Desserts

Three works, chosen from the current exhibition, are presented one by one. Facing each, a plated dessert takes up its line, its material or its colour — served there, in front of the work, not at the end.

Chef Jérémy Tuaz, formerly in R&D alongside Christophe Michalak, creates the three plates. Twelve people, never more: beyond that you no longer see the work, and dessert does not wait.
