Scope
These terms govern online sales, on https://www.labmusee.com, of entry tickets, experiences (yoga, masterclasses, concerts) and LABMUSÉE Society memberships. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. Payment is made online by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay through our provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. No card details pass through or are stored by LabMusée.
The order is final once payment is authorised. A confirmation, the invoice and QR-coded tickets are emailed to you immediately.
Timed tickets and capacity
Entry tickets are timed: they give you an arrival slot. Once inside, you may stay as long as you wish until closing, coming and going freely on the chosen day.
Capacity for each slot is deliberately limited to protect the quality of the visit. A slot shown as sold out cannot be sold on site.
Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, leisure services supplied on a specific date are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Entry tickets and experiences are therefore neither refundable nor exchangeable.
LABMUSÉE Society memberships do carry the statutory fourteen-day withdrawal period, unless you have already used the associated benefits (entry, reduced rates).
Rescheduling, cancellation, refunds
An unused entry ticket may be moved once to another date, free of charge, by writing to us at least twenty-four hours before the booked slot.
If an experience is cancelled or LabMusée closes exceptionally, you are notified by email and refunded in full within fourteen days to the original payment method, or rescheduled if you prefer.
Visiting rules
Access may be refused, without refund, in case of behaviour endangering the artworks, the public or the teams. Large bags are left at reception. Unless otherwise indicated, photography without flash or tripod is permitted for private use.
Complaints and mediation
Complaints may be sent to billetterie@labmusee.com. Failing an amicable settlement, you may use a consumer mediator free of charge: [À COMPLÉTER]. The European online dispute resolution platform is available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
These terms are governed by French law.
